Requires an Instagram Professional account — Business or Creator. Instagram only permits business messaging tools on Professional accounts, so personal accounts are declined at connection. Switching is free, takes about 30 seconds in Settings → Account type and tools, keeps all your followers and posts, and is reversible.
Connect the WhatsApp number your customers message. Use a different number from the one you gave above, since that is where Pactora sends you approvals.
