These Terms of Service govern your use of Pactora ("Service"). By using Pactora, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Pactora is designed around user-directed automation. The Service provides communication management tools for trade contractors, using a combination of automation, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to monitor your connected communication channels, prepare draft responses for your review, and send approved responses on your behalf. Nothing is sent without your explicit approval.
2. Authorization and Consent
By connecting a third-party account (such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, or other supported services), you expressly authorize Pactora to access the information necessary to provide the automation services you select. Pactora only accesses data after explicit authorization by you through the applicable provider's consent and authentication mechanisms.
All integrations use officially approved methods provided by the respective platform providers, such as OAuth protocols and verified platform access. You retain full control over your connected accounts, permissions, and workflow settings. You may revoke access, disconnect integrations, or request data deletion at any time through your account settings or by cancelling your Pactora subscription.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing every draft response before approving it
- You are responsible for the accuracy of rates, availability, and business information you provide
- You must not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
- You must keep your account credentials secure
4. AI-Assisted Outputs
Certain Pactora services use artificial intelligence systems to analyze information, generate recommendations, and perform automated tasks as part of the Service. Users acknowledge that certain outputs, including draft responses, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems and should be reviewed before being relied upon for business, legal, financial, or regulatory purposes.
Draft responses are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any response before it is sent. Pactora makes no warranty that drafts are accurate, appropriate, or complete for your specific situation.
5. Platform Compliance
Pactora operates exclusively through approved and verified integrations with major communication platforms including email providers, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and social media channels. All connections follow the official terms, security standards, and approved use policies of each respective platform. We use only sanctioned methods to access your accounts and do not circumvent any platform security measures.
6. Prohibited Uses
Pactora does not engage in contact scraping, unsolicited bulk messaging, or spam distribution. You may not use the Service to send messages to individuals who have not contacted you through your connected channels. You may not use the Service to circumvent any platform's terms of service, send deceptive communications, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
Pactora may use trusted third-party providers to deliver services, including cloud infrastructure, authentication services, and artificial intelligence providers. These providers are subject to confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to process your data as necessary to provide the Service. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications and compliance standards.
8. Data and Privacy
Pactora retains information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Where artificial intelligence features are used, users are informed of their involvement and retain control over connected accounts, permissions, and workflow settings.
9. Subscription and Payment
Pactora is a monthly subscription service. Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Continued use after cancellation will result in termination of Service access at the end of the current billing period.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pactora shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business, client disputes, or message delivery failures. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
