These Terms of Service govern your use of Pactora ("Service"). By using Pactora, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Pactora provides AI-assisted email management for trade contractors. The Service monitors your email inbox, prepares draft responses for your review, and sends approved responses on your behalf. Nothing is sent without your explicit approval.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing every draft response before approving it
- You are responsible for the accuracy of rates, availability, and business information you provide
- You must not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
- You must keep your account credentials secure
3. Email Access and Authorisation
By connecting your email account, you authorise Pactora to read emails in your inbox, send emails on your behalf when you approve a draft, and mark emails as read after processing. You can revoke this authorisation at any time through your email provider's security settings or by cancelling your Pactora subscription.
4. AI-Generated Content
Pactora uses artificial intelligence to generate draft email responses. These drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any response before it is sent. Pactora makes no warranty that AI-generated drafts are accurate, appropriate, or complete for your specific situation.
5. Subscription and Payment
Pactora is a monthly subscription service. Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Continued use after cancellation will result in termination of Service access at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pactora shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business, client disputes, or email delivery failures. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
